Product Description

The GRT Racing Stage 2 Tuareg for Aprilia consists of a 3D printed frame that is mounted in place of the air filter box cover (removing both the hose and the damper) and eliminates the air intake restriction.

The engine ‘breathes’ better, significantly increasing torque and power, as shown in the attached dyno chart.

Technical Details

The frame is 3D printed in Nylon PA12 to ensure wear and solvent resistance. It attaches directly to the original air filter box using the same screws from the cover that is removed.

The Tuareg 660 Stage 2 kit includes a €68 coupon to be used if you choose to remap the ECU. This operation is not necessary (but recommended) with the use of the standard filter, but strongly recommended if an open filter is installed. In this case, its use is discouraged in off-road environments as the air filtration would be coarse, allowing dust to be drawn into the engine.
