The Arrow racing header is a titanium component developed for Aprilia RSV4 / TUONO V4 EU 2025 (USA 2026) 71806MI. It replaces the catalytic component, optimizing exhaust gas flow and maximizing performance.

Designed for track use only, not approved for road traffic.

Important technical note

Since the Arrow header removes both the catalytic converter (and related sensors), using the UpMap device is essential. This prevents error messages related to the lambda sensors and it restores the correct AFR (Air Fuel Ratio), ensuring engine reliability and optimal performance in a racing configuration.
