This exclusive kit is designed and manufactured by Gabro Racing Team for Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660 (2021/2024 – USA 2025).
It offers variable geometry intake stacks engineered to deliver both stronger mid-range torque and improved top-end power.
They are built in two parts: the upper section in 3D-printed material and the lower section in aluminum.
In the “long” configuration they improve torque at low and mid-range RPM, and when the engine reaches 9500 RPM the upper part automatically lifts, switching to the “short” configuration to enhance top-end performance.

The variable geometry velocity stacks by Gabro Racing are the result of extensive R&D and multiple prototypes fine-tuned through dyno testing.
The final product features a fixed section mounted on the airbox in 6082 aluminum alloy for maximum durability and precise fit, while the movable section is made from 3D-printed high-strength material to perfectly replicate the required profile.

These stacks work with the UpMap ECU system, allowing users to load specific maps according to their Aprilia’s intake and exhaust configuration.
The actuation of the variable stacks is controlled directly by the OEM ECU.
