This is a brand new engine head, fully machined and assembled, designed to be installed as a plug & play solution on all RS660 and Tuono 660 (2021 to present).

Stage A – Fully ported head – Stock Valves Setup

Stage B – Fully ported head – Oversized exhaust Valves

• Oversized 27mm Nimonic exhaust valves
• Upgraded high-performance exhaust spring kit
• Seats and ports fully optimized for this configuration
• Additional +3 to +5 HP over Stage A
• Total gain: up to +10 HP vs stock engine
• Designed for highest-performance on open rules

Important Notes

• Production time: heads are finalized (exhaust porting) after order confirmation – delivery time approx. 2–3 weeks
• This is not a complete head assembly: cams, lifter buckets and additional components must be reused from your original engine
• Compression ratio: supplied at stock height – optional machining required for higher compression setups
