With the help of Aprilia Special Parts, the Gabro Racing Team, in collaboration with DMZ Engineering, produced this GRT airbox kit for the Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660!
The kit has been designed and tested to be reliable in any racing condition during the 2022 season, providing excellent performance on both stock and modified engines with Akrapovic and SC-Project exhausts.
This new Race RS660 Airbox offers a 20% increase in volume downstream of the filter, +2-3 HP across the entire power curve, and 40% less weight compared to the stock airbox with a Sprint air filter.

Who Is This Product For?

The Evo Race Airbox with Cover kit is for those using a non-stock fuel tank. Otherwise, the version without the cover, which uses the fuel tank as the airbox cover, may suffice.

Product Details

The airbox can be completely removed in seconds, providing access to the throttle bodies, spark plugs, and cylinder head. It includes an inspectable crankcase breather and has no open vents, as required by racing regulations. This kit is completely made in Italy: it is built using monolithic 3D printing technology with reinforced PA12 to ensure durability, combined with lightness and precise, repeatable geometry for maximum ease of installation.
