Thanks for purchasing the ASpecialParts intake stacks kit specific for Aprilia RS 660 and Tuono 660!

Installation Procedure
- Disassembly:
Remove the passenger and rider seats, left and right underseat panels, and the front tank cover. Undo the front and rear tank supports. - Tank Removal:
Lift and remove the tank.
Note: Disconnect the fuel vent hoses, the fuel pump electrical connector, and the fuel hose at the fuel pump connection.
Tip: Slide the yellow guard, press both buttons, and pull. Place a rag underneath to collect any fuel spill. - Airbox Access:
Remove the airbox lid by undoing the multiple Philips screws securing it to the base. Remove the intake air temperature sensor electrical connector. - Stacks Replacement:
Using a 4mm Allen key, remove the 2 plastic OEM intake stacks. Reuse the original screws to install the new blue stacks from the kit.
⚠️ Critical Installation Step
Ensure the correct placement of the stacks:
- LEFT Throttle Body: Fit the LONGER stack (marked “Type1”).
- RIGHT Throttle Body: Fit the SHORTER stack (marked “Type2”).
IMPORTANT: Use a little drop of thread locker on the 4 stack screws.
Final Assembly & Mapping
- Fit back the airbox lid and the tank in reverse order.
- ECU Mapping:
Load the specific map in the bike ECU using your UpMap system. You can download it for free from the online maps shop using the supplied one-use promo coupon found in the kit’s box.
Attention:
This is a race product to be used in closed circuits only. Both the stacks kit and the UpMap mapping are not intended for street use.
